The community gathered to celebrate Mr. Clark’s 29 years of service at Mission Valley. We wish him the best!

Please join us this Sunday to celebrate, honor and send Mr. Bill Clark off to his new adventure. He has spent so much time and dedication to USD 330, it’s now time to give it back to him. We hope to see you there!

USD 330 Mission Valley is currently accepting bids to remove one set of bleachers from its south gymnasium. For additional information please contact the USD 330 District office at 866-557-6686.

Congratulations to Hemi Duehring on being named honorable mention All-State by the Kansas High School Soccer Coaches Association as a defender!

The JH and HS Cheer teams spent the last 4 days at UCA Cheer Camp at Butler Community College. Over the 4 days cheerleaders learned lots of material, had stunt classes, and team bonding experiences. At the last day, both teams performed their spirit routine and camp dance routine. JH received 2nd place in the spirit routine. HS team received 1st place in both the spirit and the camp dance routine. Congrats to both teams! In addition to the group competition, cheerleaders had the opportunity to tryout for All American which consisted of performing a jump, cheer, and the camp dance in small groups. The HS team had 3 members make All-American. Congrats to Amelie Clay, Annie Bryan, and Havilah Beasterfeld!

Our HS football team had their signing day and lift-a-thon yesterday. Thanks to everyone who came out to support them and great job guys!

Rising seniors Karlyn Area and Kharia Geurink attended the Kansas Future Teacher Academy this week, hosted by Emporia State University. This five-day camp included guest presentations from a variety of educators, including the new Kansas Commissioner of Education, Dr. Jake Steel. Students were introduced to a variety of teaching topics and then paired with another student to complete a creative presentation about their subject. Karlyn and Kharia did a phenomenal job with their presentations! They are both in the Education/Training Pathway in the Family & Consumer Sciences department at MV. Join us in congratulating these extraordinary future teachers. Mission Valley is so proud of you!
