Good afternoon,

Attached is the information for the student accident insurance plan. This is at no cost to the parents/guardians in our school district and covers school related accidents. These documents will also be placed under the Parent Information Center tab on the school district website. If you have questions, please reach out to Dr. George Seiler at the district office.

For those that missed the fall sports parents meeting last night, please contact the appropriate head coach for more information. We’d also like to let you know that the district purchased gap insurance for students/athletes. Dr. Seiler will be sending out more information in the near future.

Please do not forget the open house from 5:00 to 6:00 tonight at Mission Valley. We will have a hot dog meal at 6:00 in the elementary commons, followed by our community pep rally at 6:30. Hope to see you all there. Go Vikings!!

Just a reminder that MVE student supplies, including headphones, are provided to all PK-6th graders.

Coach Fiske and Coach Myers are looking to expand the XC team for this upcoming season! If you have an interested child that is in grades 7-12 and is interested please have them reach out for more information. Coaches can be contacted at cfiske@mv330.org or pmyers@mv330.org.

Fall sports practice starts Monday, August 17th. Physicals must be signed and turned in before athletes will be allowed to practice.

Be sure to come on out to the Crimson and Gold Open House on Tuesday, August 18th from 5:00 PM to 6:00 PM for a fun Elementary student scavenger hunt, with a chance to win some fun gift cards! Hot dog meal at 6:00 PM. Then at 6:30 PM kick off the school year right with our Back to School Pep Rally out on the Football field! Let's Go Vikes!

Reminder Vikings, Elementary and JH/HS new student enrollment is today till 6:00pm in the elementary commons.

We have extended the deadline until Wednesday, August 12th for Gold Club sponsors that want to be listed on the pocket calendars and posters. Details are attached. If you have any questions, please contact Ben Packard at bpackard@mv330.org.

If you are interested in purchasing a Mission Valley Activity Pass, please contact Marlene Hittle at mhittle@mv330.org. Activity passes are $100 and provide admission to all regular-season Mission Valley home athletic events. Please note that tournaments and postseason contests are not included. New this year: Admission will be charged for all non-league home baseball and softball games.
