- FCCLA Officers meet during seminar
- H.S. Track meeting during seminar in the high school commons
- Parent/Teacher Conferences – 4-8 p.m. in the high school commons
- No Table Top Gaming after school due to P/T Conf.
Sub-State Basketball. If both teams win on Monday & Tuesday, then they will play at tournament host, Lyndon on Thursday & Friday. Winners from Thursday & Friday games will then play on Saturday for the Sub-State Championship and a trip to the 2A State Tournament at KSU in Manhattan.
Please remember that the basketball games are KSHSAA tournament events so passes will NOT be accepted. Admission: Adults - $7.00; K-12 - $5.00. Good Luck to all Viking teams!
"The FCCLA Chapter is currently having a water bottle fundraiser. They are 10 dollars each. There are order forms in the table in front of the office. They are due by the end of the week and can be turned into Mrs. Bergin."
Summer Drivers Ed – We will be offering Drivers Education this summer beginning July 6th at Mission Valley. Sign up on the sheet on the office counter if you are interested in taking Drivers Ed. More information to follow at a later date.
Summer Ball forms are available on the table in the commons under the TV. Deadline to sign up is March 18th.

- Senior Picture Re-takes – 10:30 a.m.. The following still need to get their senior picture taken for the wall composite: Cody McGonnell, Emma Gustin, Eric Keel, Keaton Shives and Trenton Parks. Other seniors may also get re-takes if they were not happy with their first picture.

USD 330 Reminder: Parent Teacher Conferences are Wed. and Thur. 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. each day. JH and HS teachers will be located in the HS commons area or Old Gym. Please remember to stop in the HS office to pick up your student grades. There is NO SCHOOL on FRIDAY.

We have JH Wrestling @ 4:00 pm @ Mission Valley. This is a Quad for 7th & 8th graders in the South gym.
We also have the HS Boys first Sub-State Basketball game tonight @ 7:00 pm. The theme for tonight is White Out! Hope to see you there!
Mr. Johnston, the Elementary PE teacher is kicking off the Kids Heart Challenge today. This is a fundraiser for the American Heart Association. If a student registers online by Thursday, there will be a random drawing for a Fitness Tracker.

The Mission Valley FFA had an excellent day at the East Central District Selection day. The students did an excellent job representing the Mission Valley FFA chapter and school. These students will be recognized at the district FFA banquet on April 1st and Will Blythe, will be recognized at the State FFA Convention on May 29th. Proficiency award winners will compete at the state level later this month for the chance to be named State Winner.

Please get your class picture order forms and payment into the Elementary Office by March 19th. You may pay for these online as well.
Spring individual pictures are Wednesday, March 4th. You have the option of turning in orders and payment in advance to the Elementary Office or online. If you do not order and pay in advance, proofs will be sent out as soon as they are received.

Nolan Parker receives his 5th place medal at the 3-2-1A State Wrestling Meet in Hays. Nolan finished the season with a 30-3 record. Congratulations to all MV Wrestlers and Coaches for a great season!!!

Nolan pins Humboldt wrestler for 5th place at the Class 3-2-1A State Championship in Hays. Nolan also beat two higher ranked wrestlers in his weight class! Congratulations to all MV State Qualifiers!!!
Nolan Parker wins ‘blood round’ with a pin over 5th ranked kid in state. Nolan will wrestle in consolation semi-finals next.

A 'Student Life & Academic Skills Group Training' will start meeting with Mr. Hancock, in his office, on March 2, 2020. This group will be from 6-8 weeks long and meet on Monday's during lunch hours. If you are interested, please see Mr. Hancock.
The MVHS Girls and Boys have been awarded #4 seeds and we will both host first round games next week. March 2-6, 2020 is National School Breakfast week. Students who eat breakfast will be entered entered into a drawing for free meals, fun bags or slushie coupons.
