Week 1 – Monday, June 3 – Thursday, June 6
Week 2 - Monday, June 10 – Thursday, June 13
Week 3 - Monday, June 17 – Thursday, June 20
Week 4 - Monday, June 24 – Thursday, June 27
Week 5 - Monday, July 8 – Thursday, July 11

Boys S&C will be held from 6:30‐8:00 on Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday
On Wednesday’s, football players will have a quick 30 minute team session and then pracƟce
(ALL students, even those not involved with football are welcome though)
Girls Weights will be held from 7:00‐8:00 Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday
All Mission Valley students, grades 7‐12 are both welcomed and encouraged to aƩend Summer S&C, regardless if they are involved with sports or not
Summer S&C is a FREE program available to ALL Mission Valley student‐athletes that is an opportunity to develop as an athlete,get conditioned for upcoming sports seasons, develop camaraderie and friendships with peers, and enhance mental toughness

State Track resumes today with MV Girls 4x100 (Kessler, Murray, Halupa, Deters) scheduled to run @ 3:00. Brooke Roberts will throw Discus & Shot late today or early evening. No prelims today and running events will be on a rolling schedule. Good Luck Lady Vikes!
State Track Meet delayed due to thunderstorms. The committee will reconvene at 3:00 to make further decisions.
Caleb Lisk goes out at 11’6 in pole vault. Great Job Caleb!
Caleb Lisk clears 11’0 on third and final attempt. Will tie his personal record if he makes next jump at 11’6.

At our end of the school year Elementary Assembly this afternoon we honored all the students that have received awards and we said good-bye to those that are leaving and those retiring. We wish you all the best!
Congratulations to the following MVHS Track & Field State Qualifiers after placing in the top 4 at Friday’s Regional Track Meet at Jeff. Co. North:
Brooke Roberts - 2nd in Discus; 4th in Shot Put; Shelby Kesler, MacKenzie Murray, Tatiana Halupa, Megan Deters - 3rd in Girls 4x100M Relay; Caleb Lisk - 4th in Pole Vault.
These athletes will participate in the State Track & Field Meet this Friday & Saturday at Wichita State University. Good Luck Vikings!!!
A big Thank You to all the Volunteers and Sixth graders who helped Mr. Andrew run a successful Field Day!
And Thank You Mr. Andrew! You will be greatly missed!

Congratulations to the students of the Class of 2019!
Their Valedictorian is Dalton Dayhoff. Their Salutatorian is Cameron McGann.
HS Graduation Ceremony starts at 2:00 pm in the main gym this Sunday. Graduating seniors are to arrive at 12:30pm.
Tomorrow is our Elementary Field Day. Kindergarten - 2nd Grade will have field day from 9:00 - 11:15 and 3rd - 5th Grade will be from 1:00 - 3:15. Please send sunscreen with students it looks like it will be a great sunny day. If you would like to watch any of our younger athletes in action come on out!
Our Elementary Student Ambassadors are hard at work refinishing the playground benches. Thank you Student Ambassadors for all your hard work and for being upstanding students in your classrooms.
