Our Mission Valley Students enjoyed a very informative assembly this morning to end October's Bullying Month. Christie Brungardt spoke to our students in three different assemblies about Bullying, Positive and Unhealthy Relationships, as well as knowing Internet Safety and Etiquette. She did a great job at the individual age levels of our students.

National School Bus Safety Week is October 22-26, 2018. This is the perfect time to contact local members of the media and encourage them to include a story on bus safety – including the importance of obeying the law regarding stopped school buses. With a nationwide shortage of bus drivers, you also may want to ask people to consider applying to become a school bus driver.
Kansas bus drivers transport more than 225,000 children to and from schools across Kansas every school day. These drivers are extremely valuable assets and are unsung heroes in communities across the state.
