NHS and KAY are going to be decorating the HS and JH halls for the holidays. They are hoping to get some decorations donated in order to make that happen. You can bring donations to the high school office. Thank you for your support!

Students in Mr. Fiske's horticulture classes are currently going over plant ID and floral design. Today they got to let their creativity shine as they pieced together a variety of floral arrangements that were later sold.


The JH Lady Vikes picked up a couple more wins and the C team boys also picked up a win tonight against Council Grove. The JH is in action again on Thursday at Mission Valley against West Franklin.

Our Golden Girls and Crimson Crew competed at the Rural Spirit Showcase at Washburn Rural High School today and they received a

MVHS had their group college visit to Emporia State today @ESUBlackandGoldDay. Students learned about ESU, their programs, met with dept. Dean's, and were fed by ESU. #MVcollegereadiness #MVfutures #MVatESU #Familyfieldtrip #OurHouse





The JH played their first basketball games of the year. The girls won all three of their games and the boys competed hard against a very good Osage City team. They are in action again on Monday at Mission Valley against Council Grove.

Mission Valley Junior High and High School will be having an early release incentive on Friday November 4th at 245pm. This is done in order to reward those students who have completed all of their required Xello and Medal of Honor tasks. Students who did not complete all of their tasks will be required to attend school until 3:30pm as normal. If your child is a bus rider that you wish to stay at school we will provide some fun activities for them in the gymnasium. Please contact the office with any questions.

We kick off our junior high basketball season tomorrow against Osage City. The B team boys and girls games start at 4:30 pm at Mission Valley.
