Running Times for the Summer Running Club will be Monday and Tuesday mornings from 9:30-10:30 am, and Thursday mornings from 8:00-9:00 am. Please plan on meeting outside by the weight room. We have lots of FFA News to share from their State Convention at K-State.
Congratulation to our 4 state proficiency award winners, 4 state degree recipients, and 1 national FFA scholarship winners. Proficiency winners are--Bailey Hittle-Ag Sales, Rob Phillips -Diversified Ag, Mateo Lisk-Environmental Science, and Tanner Walker-Wildlife Production and Management. We have 14 MV FFA members that have qualified for nationals. We have others through Agriscience and SAE based ventures that we will find out about in August.
Ashton McGinley, Karlee Godfrey, Allie Linhart, Benjamin Rudeen, Paige Sims and McKenzie Shives were recognized for placing first in the State Novice Parliamentary Procedure Leadership Development Event (LDE).
Lizzy Anderson, Sarah Tennison and Brogan Area, placed first in the Marketing Plan Career Development Event (CDE).

Congratulations to Sarah Bond and Trenton Marcotte who are our State Bound Track Athletes. Sarah will compete in the Javelin, and Trenton in Long Jump. State Track will be held in Wichita this weekend.
