Reminder, tonight is the Pre-K thru 6th grade MV Spring Concerts. The Pre-K thru 3rd grade will need to report at 5:45 p.m. for their 6p.m. concert. Preschool reports to their classroom, Kindergarten to the band room, and 1st/2nd to the choir room. The 3rd-6th grade will need to report at 6:45 p.m. for their 7:15p.m. concert. The 5th/6th will be in the band room, and the 3rd/4th in the choir room. We all look forward to showing you what the students have been working on.

Viking baseball & softball dominate Central Heights in game 1, with baseball winning 10-0 in 5 innings & softball 7-3 in 7 innings. Game 2 was suspended due to lightning with baseball leading 10-0 in bottom of the 4th & softball leading 3-0 in top of the 3rd. #VikingPride

Our MV FFA Horticulture class will host a Plant Sale on Friday, April 29th from 3:30-6:00 pm and on Saturday from 8:00-noon. All proceeds go back into our Greenhouse/Horticulture class for future plant sales and learning opportunities. We hope you will add this to your schedule and plan to attend. Everyone is welcome!

Viking Family---On April 11th the USD 330 Board of Education voted and approved the adoption of a resolution authorizing the calling of a bond election for facility renovations and new construction. In August, the voters of the district will have the opportunity to voice themselves by voting on the two propositions provided on the ballot. The JH and HS Track & Field teams will compete at Mid-East League venues this Thursday. The JH travels to the St. Marys JH Inv., while the HS competes at the Rock Creek HS Inv. - Please be aware that the Mid-East League CHARGES ADMISSION for their JH & HS Track Meets.
Admission for the St. Marys JH Inv. is: $3 - Adults; $2 - Students
Admission for the Rock Creek HS Inv. is: $5 - Adults; $3 - Students

MVHS students got to tour the KU campus today. They learned about KU, got to eat a campus dining facility, & were give a campus tour starting @ the Union, visiting Watson Library, & walking down Jayhawk Blvd. Though it was cold, the kids had fun. #bewareofthephog #rockchalk
