Sports Physical Clinic is back!
As summer training is around the corner for next year’s sports season, call the team you trust for a physical.
Get your child’s 2022/2023 sports physical done early by taking advantage of the Stormont Vail Health sports physical clinic. If your student athlete gets their physical done now with our specially trained Sports Medicine doctors at Cotton O’Neil, they’ll be able to focus on training to gear up for the next sports season.
The clinic is open to student athletes from all area high schools and junior highs who are playing sports next year.

What: KSHSAA Pre-Participation physicals for the 22-23 school year.
When: May 11th
Where: MV, exact location TBD (Will be announced the day of to students.
Who: 6th-12th grade students wishing to participate in sports for the 22-23 school year
Time: The student or the parent/guardian will need to sign up in one of the time slots provided on the sheet in the JH/high school office.
