Our FCCLA National Qualifiers are doing a Window Washing Fundraiser to raise money for Nationals this summer. If you are interested the dates available are May 1, May 8, May 15 and May 22. To follow up with the new physical form, The Community Care Ministry is offering FREE Sports Physical at Mission Valley during the school day on Monday, May 3rd for the 2021-2022 school year.
If your child is interested please sign up for a time in the High School Office and pick up the Sports Physical Packet. Parents MUST sign and return documentation prior to the thier sports physical. Sign up is due by Friday, April 30th.

Washburn Tech Summer Camp-Middle School Summer Camp will be 6/7-6/10 for 7th & 8th graders. High School Summer Camp will be 6/14-6/17 for 9th & 10th graders. Summer Camp will run from 9am—4pm. The cost of the camp is $75. This is put on by Washburn-Tech and is not a mandatory function for any requirements here at Mission Valley. MVHS Ag. Mech students got a tour of Haas Metal Engineering (HME Inc.) today in Topeka, KS. Students were introduced to future employment opportunities in welding, fabrication, ironworking, engineering, and material handling. Thank you to Dayne @HME for the experience!

Gina Bergin, our HS Family and Consumer Science Teacher would like to invite 1st-6th grade students to the Kids in the Kitchen Summer Culinary Camp. Cost is $50.00/session. There are two sessions available: June 1-4 and June 15-18. Students will have the opportunity to learn kitchen safety, nutrition, measurement and make yummy food.
