The annual NHS canned food drive will be from Dec. 2- Dec. 8th. Items donated will be divided and dispersed to the food pantries in Eskridge, Harveyville and Dover. The JH/HS will have a competition between 1st hour classes. The Elementary will have a competition between the K-6 classes. The JH/HS class and the Elementary class with the most food items per student will win donuts and juice!

Mission Valley Jr./Sr. High School Daily Announcements Dec. 4 – Dec. 11th, 2020 Friday, Dec. 4 JH Quiz Bowl will practice @ 7:30 a.m. Friday morning in Mrs. Jacobson’s room (Rm. 214) Letter Jacket Man @ MV during lunch period in the high school commons. If you have your letter or patches bring them with you. There will be a $100 deposit required at the time of ordering. We would like to recognize and congratulate Ben Rudeen as Kaw Valley Banks Scholar Athlete of the Week! Ben competes in football, basketball, and dual sports in track and baseball! As well as maintaining a 3.9 grade point average. In addition, he is very active in Mission Valley's extra curricular activities, FFA, NHS, FCA, Forensics, KAY, Drama Club, Student Council, Choir and Viking Leaders. Congratulations Ben!!!! We are so proud of you!

JH Winter Sports Pictures will be this Tuesday afternoon (12/1). Basketball players will have their uniforms since they have a Home game that evening as well. Please remember to bring your picture packet and a check to ‘Lifetouch’ if you intend to purchase any pictures.
