February 3-7 is designated as School Counseling Week and highlights the impact they have in helping students achieve success.
Did you know that in the last two years the number of school counselors has increased from 1,167 counselors to 1,299 in Kansas?
With the emphasis on Social and Emotional well being counselors encourage and support students to make good choices. In addition, they focus on academics and help assist in student career development.
We are thankful for Jamey Hancock, Katie Burnett and Mary Masilionis for their support and encouragement in helping our students succeed! Thank You!
