Here are some more pictures from the second grade Wax Museum yesterday.
Second grade had their annual Wax Museum on Thursday. The students researched, wrote, and memorized a speech. They were all nervous but did an amazing job!
Due to lack of players available, we will not be playing JV baseball today at Council Grove.
JV softball will be playing as scheduled.
Congratulations to Spencer Brown (500 lb squat) and Darrell Garza (260 lb bench) for breaking records for their weight classes!

Congratulations to our HS softball team on their wins tonight! We are 23-1 and FHL co-champions and clinched the top seed in regionals!
Wrenn Pacheco, Alma rancher and author, visited Kindergarten classrooms this afternoon. She read her book to the students, as well as discussing what all ranchers do for their job and the cattle that they take care of. Wabaunsee County Farm Bureau provided each student a copy of her book "My Mommy & Daddy are Ranchers."
8th graders did mock job interviews for future careers they are interested in for Mr. Hysten's class yesterday. Dressing up in business attire and preparing resumes and cover letters, the students knocked it out of the park.
HS track is at Hoyt today.

Our softball team greeted the elementary students today as they got off the bus. They take on Council Grove today with a shot at the league title and the top seed in Regionals on the line.
