Parents/Seniors - The FAFSA Event is Tues 1/30 from 2:45pm - 6pm @ the HS Commons. KSU, ESU, and Washburn Financial Aid rep's will be ON-SITE to help you complete the student & parent portions of the FAFSA application. The FAFSA is new this year, so don't miss this opportunity!
School-wide dental screenings will be provided on February 16th, 2024. All students are required to participate unless opted out by a parent. Please have opt-out forms turned in to Nurse Josey Marcotte by February 9th, 2024. The link for the opt-out form can be found on the homepage of mv330.org. Mission Valley community, the JH Stuco is excited host the first ever “Baby Race”. This competion will consist of babies of the crawling age. They will crawl from one section of the gym floor to another where they will meet a parent!
*there will be a “Toddler Trot” for those who have just learned to walk if there are enough participants*

Congratulations to our first-semester students who earned a spot on the high honor roll with a 3.85-4.0 GPA! These students will be rewarded with a catered lunch this week! Keep working hard Vikings!
Viking Family----Due to slick road conditions in parts of the district, USD 330 Mission Valley will have 2 hr delay today (Tuesday, January 23rd). There will not be any morning practices or AM Preschool. GO VIKINGS

Mission Valley Family & Consumer Sciences is seeking individuals to serve on the FCS advisory committee. This group helps guide curriculum/programming decisions for Family & Consumer Sciences students based on industry best-practices. We meet twice per year. Any adults in the community with careers in the following fields would be a great fit:

Starting today, there will be open gym in the old gym from 5:30-6:30 for 6th-8th graders interested in softball. It will be open every Thursday from now until the end of February.
The JH boys and girls both placed 2nd in the league tournament. Congratulations on your successful seasons!
Family Conferences are right around the corner! We just emailed out some letters with details for the Junior High and High School students. Conferences run February 21st-22nd from 4pm-8pm.
